Consultation
We’ll also start to introduce you to the main categories of franchise opportunities, some of the lingo, and what to expect as you go along in the process.

Matching
From information gathered about you in the consultation, I’ll create a model and use that model to match you with a concise list of franchises that line up with the criteria we identified.
I can usually have this completed within a week of our consultation.
We’ll discuss the franchise on the list at a high level, and then I’ll introduce you to the franchise development team at each franchise.

Advice Along the Way
Once you begin your discovery process with the franchisors, you’ll have questions best answered by someone not associated with the franchise. I’ll be there for you. I can offer suggestions on financing and professionals who can assist with tax and legal questions.

I’ll match you with franchises that others have selected and been successful with, and I’ll step back to let you drive your investigation with the franchises I match you with. I’ll check in occasionally to see if there is anything you’d like to discuss or resources I can provide and of course you can reach out to me anytime you have questions or need a sounding board.
Hands-On Guide
We have a weekly scheduled check-in. We’ll keep this appointment each week regardless of your interaction with franchisors that week. I’ll be a coach to keep you on track in your investigation. I’ve found this to be helpful to people I work with in assisting them to get to a decision on whether to take a franchise or not and as a thought partner on which franchise may be best for them. I’ll provide structure and accountability.
